Ideal Nursing Institute is dedicated to preparing our students for a successful career. We understand how challenging and important it is to gain employment upon graduation. 

Ideal Nursing Institute’s primary goal and commitment is developing each student’s potential by providing a comprehensive and holistic program. We are dedicated and committed to maintaining highly qualified instructors who strive to meet the academic needs of each student. Our objective is to stimulate, motivate, and educate our students, so that they will be prepared and qualified to pursue a productive healthcare career upon graduation.
Our history
Ideal Nursing Institute was conceived from the idea that quality nurse aide training is centric in providing quality bedside healthcare services in all of healthcare continuum.

Ideal Nursing Institute also provides tutoring services that are available during non-class hours. Students are provided access to computers, printers, and other technology available on the campuses, only for school work. We have free Wi-Fi at the campus. This helps students log on to the internet.
Staff & Faculty
Ideal Nursing Institute is dedicated to employing highly skilled nurses who possess the knowledge to teach the broad array of subjects required for Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP). These individuals will be adept in theory and practical applications and are qualified to teach nurse aide courses by meeting standards set forth by Texas DADS and the Texas Workforce Commission/ Career Schools and Colleges.

Ideal Nursing Institute strives to build strong relationship with other schools, medical and business communities, to gain more knowledge and have access to employment opportunities for graduates.

Objectives
The philosophy, mission, and conceptual framework of Ideal Nursing Institute’s Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) support the following program objectives: 
  • To prepare nurse aide students to possess the working knowledge and skills to meet the healthcare needs of clients. 
  • To facilitate the education of all students regardless of economic, ethnic, gender, and social status. 
  • To foster behavior that values excellence and quality in nursing practice leading to successful certification through state exam, and employment as a certified nurse aide.
